Program Registration Information

Programs will run over 12 weeks during the Fall / Winter / Spring Sessions and 8 weeks in the Summer
** Members please note that along with your children's membership you receive 1 set of free swim lessons and 2 free physical programs per session per child. Spaces are limited and sports will be filled on a first come first served basis. Some programs may have a members fee due to the operating cost of the program.

Birthday Parties

Come Celebrate Your Birthday Party at the YMCA! All parties include set up, pizza, juice and a party host. Parties are available on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Extra Pizza can be purchased.Please book your party at the Membership Service desks. Upon booking a $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required.

Birthday Parties 
Party Option 1: $100.00
2 hours - 2:00pm - 4:00pm
1 hour of Gym Activities, 1 hour in the party room and a Party Host. No substitues for pool time.


Includes birthday child and 9 friends.
Additional children are $10.00 per child.
Party Option 2: $150.00
3 hours - 2:00pm - 5:00pm
1 hour of gym activities, 1 hour swim and 1 hour in the party room and a Party Host.


Includes birthday child and 9 friends.
Addidtional children are $10.00 per child.

Program Cancellation Policy
All program cancellation requests must be made in person 7 days prior to the program start date. Refunds or credits are not offered after a program starts unless accompanied by a medical certificate. Refunds are subject to a $10.00 administration fee. No refunds or credit for make up classes will be offered due to unforeseen circumstances (ie: power outage).

Cell Phones/Camera Policy
The use of these items is prohibited in all change rooms, washrooms and program areas.

Change Room Access Policies
The Family Change Room is to be used by parents with children or individuals who require assistance due to special circumstances. A parent/guardian must accompany their child at all times when using this change room. Accommodates opposite genders. Male/Female change rooms accommodate all ages. Children under the age of 10 years must be accompanied by a parent. No opposite genders allowed in these change rooms.

Child Age & Access Policies
Children under the age of 10 years must be accompanied by a parent/guardian (who is 16 years or older) who is inside the YMCA and aware of their child’s location at all times, should the child be participating in an unsupervised program. Youth must be 15 years and older to fully access the Conditioning Centre.
